This agreement shall take effect on the 5th of December, 2024.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our Services, you agree to:

2.1 Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the preparation

and filing of your taxes.

2.2 Ensure that all required documents (W-2 forms, 1099 forms, receipts, etc.) are

submitted to us in a timely manner.

2.3 Notify us of any changes to your tax situation that may affect your filing (e.g.,

changes in income, address, marital status, etc.).

2.4 Review your completed tax return for accuracy before filing.

2.5 Maintain copies of all documents related to your tax filing.

3. Our Responsibilities

3.1 Provide professional tax preparation services based on the information you provide.

3.2 Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

3.3 Keep your personal and financial information confidential, in accordance with our

privacy policy.

3.4 Notify you of any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the preparation of

your tax return.

3.5 Assist with corrections or amendments to your tax filing if errors are made due to our negligence.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Our fees for tax filing services will be communicated to you before beginning any

work.

4.2 Fees are due upon completion of the tax filing process or as agreed upon.

4.3 We accept payments through credit cards, cash, and refund transfers.

4.4 Additional fees may apply for complex filings, audits, or if additional services are

requested.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining confidentiality. Your tax information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to complete the services or as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any errors or omissions in your tax filing that result from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided. Our liability for any claims arising from our Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific tax filing.

7. Refund Policy

If your tax filing requires amendment due to an error made by us, we will correct the filing at no additional charge. However, we do not offer refunds for taxes paid, penalties, interest, or other charges arising from delays or errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by you.

8. Client Liability for Errors

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted for tax preparation is complete, accurate, and timely. Tax Pro Filing is not liable for any penalties, interest, or taxes owed due to client-provided mistakes. Any resulting liabilities will remain the client's responsibility and will not be reimbursed or deducted from any refund.

9. Amendments and Termination

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective once they are posted on our website or communicated to you directly. You may terminate our services at any time, provided that you settle any outstanding fees for services rendered up to that point.


10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tax Pro Filing, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:

10.1 Errors or Omissions: Any inaccuracies, incomplete information, or omissions in the data, documents, or materials provided by you for the preparation of your tax filings

10.2 Non-Compliance: Your failure to provide required information, adhere to applicable tax laws, or comply with filing deadlines.

10.3 Third-Party Claims: Any claims, penalties, interest, or disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) resulting from circumstances beyond Tax Pro Filing’s control, including but not limited to the provision of false or misleading information.

10.4 Use of Services: Any misuse of our services or failure to follow the guidance or

recommendations provided by Tax Pro Filing.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes that arise under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
